THE EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME AND THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
For many reasons, certain individuals suffer from low self esteem, low self worth, low confidence and low self respect which results in them being alienated or disenfranchised within society i.e. being socially excluded.
Our experience and expertise has shown us that these individuals can change their lives, and technology can play an important part in facilitating this. However in some circumstances technology alone will not suffice. Greater focus is required on the individual.
Through our Employability Programme and Personal Development Programme, we use IT and ICT in innovative ways to help the individual build a firm foundation for their life.
In return for the individual's assistance in helping NSA PCCARE carry out our community objectives, we provide them with the following:
- Valuable Work Experience.
- Personalised one to one coaching programmes designed to assist in providing direction, establishing goals, clearing blocks, gaining employment.
- Training in IT Engineering and IT Software.
- With our Partners, specialist skills training or specialised business support.
- A great team to work with, and to have fun with.
